Day & Associates is guided by seven Basic Performance Values:
- Act ethically – never violate a confidence; honesty and transparency are the only policy.
- Be a partner – avoid the “buyer/vendor” mentality; agree upfront on how, how much, and when to involve clients; keep information flowing to clients on time, on point, and regularly.
- Deliver on promises – over deliver on promises; don’t miss deadlines; don’t make excuses; no surprises.
- Research thoroughly – research diligently; use multiple sources; check, check again – and yet again – a candidate’s background.
- Present the best – never, ever, present a candidate who falls short of client specifications.
- Stay flexible – agility in the face of changing client needs is a “must.”
- Respect candidates – treat every candidate with dignity and respect them enough to question them rigorously.
