Stephanie MacDonald brings to Day & Associates more than 20 years of experience in executive search. She has successfully recruited top talent for publicly held, venture-funded, and privately held companies at many levels, including CEO, president, vice president, general manager, and director. Stephanie’s experience cuts across many industries: biotech, consumer/retail, life sciences, medical device, pharmaceutical, technology, and telecommunications. Previously, Stephanie worked as a search consultant for the retained executive search firms of Kors Marlar Savage & Associates in Los Angeles, Nadzam Lusk & Associates in Santa Clara, CA and Splaine & Associates in Los Gatos, CA. She holds a B.S. in communication studies from UCLA. Stephanie and her family reside in the Temecula Valley, in the heart of California’s South Coast wine region.
